When a design idea hits you of a Saturday afternoon, it’s a good thing to have a stack of tshirt transfer paper and a few blank shirts handy.

There’s a feeling that you get when you’re riding old school with a great crew. I know you know it. Rolling along in the sun with the gentle purr of freewheels around you, the visual candy of coloured tuff wheels in motion and the intermittent chuckles when one of the group takes a hairy dive out of a precarious mono. It’s nostalgia, it’s a group understanding and a collective spirit… it’s freedom… and for those moments we’re each of us BANDITS.

That was the concept from whence the new LixBMX ‘BANDITS’ tshirt design grew. While on a bit of a tee design roll I decided to pull out another idea that a friend asked me to make into a shirt design a little while back. Thanks for the killer idea Rod! The ‘4130 – Zero Carbon’ shirt concept has finally come to fruition.

I mocked up a couple of prototypes of each design this afternoon and they’re now available in the LixBMX Store in black or white (men’s, women’s and kids’ styles) professionally printed by Redbubble with worldwide shipping.
